De plus je demande à votre arrivée une caution de 80 euros en espèces que je rends en totalité à votre départ si le ménage est fait correctement.
Pour la location : Chambre, salle de bain et WC privatifs dans maison partagée, je demande à votre départ de sortir les draps du lit et de replier les couvertures. Merci de ne pas emmener dans la chambre nourriture et boissons. Possibilité à la demande dun repas pour 12 euros et petit déjeuner pour 4 euros .
